This course enables young people from all over the world to spend a quality time in Belgrade – vibrant capital city, taking part in classes but also in our well-planned social activities and excursions.

Our package programme includes:
• 25 lessons of Serbian a week from qualified teachers
• 1 full-day and 3 half-day excursions per week
• A daytime and evening programme of social activities, sports, local visits and sightseeing
• Airport transfers (on demand)
• All course materials and a leaving certificate
• Refreshments at school (cookies, juice, water, coffee, tea)

Course objectives
By the end of the course, the students will have:
• improved their communication skills and be more confident and accurate in Serbian
• experienced the buzz and vibrancy of Belgrade
• learned about local sights, museums and culture
• made new friends

Activities may include:
• Belgrade Royal Palaces Tour
• Visit to Belgrade Fortress Kalemegdan
• Visit to Ada Ciganlija – an amazing natural resort, a favourite picnic spot, an outstanding sporting venue and a very populaar beach
• Visit to Avala – a small mountain just outside Belgrade
• Belgrade River Cruise
• Visit to St Sava’s Temple and St Petka’s Church
• Visit to the House of Flowers – the mausoleum and memorial Yugoslavia’s
communist ruler Josip Broz Tito
• Visit to the Residence of Princess Ljubica
• Visit to the Museum of Nikola Tesla
• Visit to the Ethnographic Museum
• Visit to Skadarlija – a bohemian quarter

 

Course length:                                         2, 3 or 4 weeks             

Number of lessons per week:                  25 (5 lessons a day)

One-to-one lessons:                                 in Belgrade or via Skype
